We ship our products anywhere in the world.
Our shipping rates are the most reasonable in the industry because we get special pricing from UPS and our freight companies.
In addition, we don't upcharge the freight, so you're charged no extra handling fees. We use whatever shipper is the most economical for you.
How We Ship
We make every effort to assure your products arrive in perfect condition. We carefully pack all our products in extra-strength cardboard shipping cartons so they should arrive just as we shipped them.
How Fast to Ship?
We usually ship by standard ground delivery, which means 2 to 7 shipping days within the continental United States. If you need faster delivery, please contact us.
We Cannot Ship To:
We do not ship to the following kinds of addresses or locations:
- Post office boxes
- APO/FPO addresses
This is because we do need someone to sign for the shipment, showing it arrived in good condition.
Inspect Your Shipment
When your shipment arrives, you should do three things:
- Make sure the shipment is complete. Count the cartons and be sure you have all the boxes called out in the Delivery Receipt. The shipping company is only responsible for the boxes shipped on this particular Delivery Receipt. If one or more boxes were shipped but did not actually arrive, have the driver contact his company to find out what has happened. You should sign for receipt of the boxes that did arrive, but write a note on the Delivery Receipt telling the shipping company which boxes did not arrive.
- Make sure your order is complete. Check the invoice (in box number 1) and the contents to see that you received everything you ordered. We may have had to send your order in multiple shipments and our invoice explains what happened.
- Examine all boxes for signs of damage, before the delivery driver leaves. If a shipping carton is visibly damaged, there may be hidden damage inside. Write down all damages on the Delivery Receipt as "Exceptions," and have the driver sign the exceptions before leaving. It is a good idea to record evidence of any damages with a digital camera if possible. We insure all of our shipments and you have every right to file a freight claim with the shipping company if they did not handle your packages properly.
If There is Shipment Damage
In case of visible damage to the cartons or the contents, you can choose to:
Keep the shipment and file a claim. Ask for a claim form from the driver. Be sure to file the insurance claim before the time limit elapses.
Refuse the shipment and have it sent back. Contact us to let us know the return shipment is coming and tell us how you would like to handle this problem.
If There is Hidden Damage
You should inspect the contents of each box as soon as possible. If you notice hidden damage after the driver has already left, contact the delivery company immediately, and then contact us for help.
